Other than the self service kiosk that did not properly work right on the weekend of October 6, 2012 and the fact that I had to walk nearly three miles to the facility's sister storage facility on the far south side of Marion to complete a transaction that began at Outback Storage on October 8 (two days later, and avoiding a late fee as it turned out). However, the facility normally favours vehicles.
