Heating and Air Conditioning Service
They told us that you get free filters for life, but they only give you these filters every 18 months (we found out after we bought it). However, their instruction manual says after so many hours, which equals out to being less than a year, you need to change the filter. I have gone back and forth with this company, I'll even buy one but they won't return my calls at all. They were supposed to have a supervisor call me back, but they never did and I don't know what to do. So basically we have a 5-year warranty on a product we can't talk to anyone about. I also think they are over priced for this product, however it does work well.
