Home Building
Even though the house we are renting is very nice with great appliances, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Every time we have a maintence request we have to go through the real estate agent, whe then calls the owner for approval, who then contacts a maintence guy. It always takes a day or two longer than they say it will, and if I had a job outside of the house, it would be a nightmare to coordinate shedule wise. Another point of contention for us is the empty garage on the property that the owner is obviously not using, but refuses to let us park in. Just out of spite I think. Just look at the above story to get an idea of what kind of person she is.
