We had a shortage on a wire that took a few times for the company to find. They had to unhook the heat pump in order to repair. When they left, it took a long time with them getting back in touch with us. With them being very unresponsive my husband had to finally go to their business and request them to finish the work, after not hearing from them for a couple of months. The job ended getting done, but too longer than expected.
