Larrry Childress is excellent. He is very knowledgeable. He is very experienced in knowing everything about old houses. He pointed out things that we needed to be aware of. He also put us in contact with his other sub contractors like an electrician, plumber and other related people to help us make an evaluation. He was a great source of additional information and other experts too. We started the remodeling work a couple of weeks ago and we are using him although. We did not have him give us an estimate. We are paying as we go with the work because ours is an old house and there are surprises always. We are using him right now and we will use him again in the future.
