They were able to come the next day after I called. Service man knew what he was doing; after a couple of quick checks, he went right to the problem - repair only took less than 30 minutes. He explained that the part he changed was a very common problem. Seemed a little pricey for such a quick repair - but hey, the a/c is working again. I say I would use them again BECAUSE they came so quickly, I didn't want to wait to get the a/c working again. The cost kept the overall score from being higher.
