Description of Work: A whole house generator was installed. They explained what they were doing and made sure we understood how the system would test itself weekly, and how it would work when needed.

 + -1 moreTeck electric salesman,mike, came to my home and explained thoroughly all the particulars of an all house generator. He made sure the model we selected would provide enough power for our home even if we added additional freezers or other appliances.. A delivery date and time were set for July 15 at 8 am and the technicians were very prompt and both of the young men came to the door and introduced themselves before starting the installation.. The installation was not very lengthy and upon completion, I was given all the paperwork and given an overview of the generator and shown what to check for and an explanation of how and when it will come on and run.. Both of the technicians were personable and cleaned up the area when they were finished with the installation. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone shopping for a generator.

 + -1 moreThe sale and the installation were the best. They said 2 to 3 weeks at the most and it was a little over 8 weeks. There could have been a much better relationship with the office if we had been told it would be a long wait in the beginning. The salesman was very informed and answered all our questions and more. The installers couldn't have been better. The job was nicely done.
