Scott and his crew came out today and had it figured out in 5 minutes. They were done in less than 30 minutes and even explained why this had occurred. They were polite, very professional and I was very impressed by their teamwork. I will recommend them to everyone i can.

There was no cost for the visit since they also installed our roof. They were fine! They sent out three guys to remove the vent and it took them about an hour and a half.
