Came to house looked over the old furnace installation made all necessary measurements and prepared a quote and scheduled installation before he left.
Called the day before the installation to confirm date and time with us. They arrived the next morning at 9:00. Brought 4 people.
Removed the old installation inside and out. Removed old equipment from basement and back yard. Installed New Furnace
and AC unit. Installed duct work modification, Air conditioning lines, Piped Gas and Electric to the new unit and tested both the Air Conditioning and Heating. Cleaned up all work areas completed paperwork, and left by 3:00pm.
Very Satisfied with their work. All work is neat and professional looking.

We needed to replace our furnace and got quotes from several local companies. KNZ offered excellent brands and very competitive prices. (Sorry, I cannot recall what we paid and the paperwork is currently eluding me.) The owners are friendly and knowledgeable. The service was prompt and efficient and courteous. We are very happy with our choice of KNZ.
