Indiana Spray Foam Llc

They never even looked at my attic or walk out basement until the day of install when they suddenly couldn't do the Southern wall of my home, which catches the wind and needs it the most. they said they could do the other 3 sides, but didn't need to worry about the attic. So 6 months later in winter, I contact them that my kitchen floors are ice cold. I went out and bought a thermal imaging camera that showed nothing but cold areas behind my kitchen walls...a guy came out and told me my backsplash walls were cold because my cabinets above them were closed. uhhhh no... Now I'm having my master bathroom remodeled. TWO EXTERIOR WALLS have little to no foam in them AT ALL. I am BEYOND angry and have asked for at least a partial refund since I now have photographs showing the only wall that even partially foamed was an inside wall with our plumbing in it. Halfway doesn't cut it in my world and I don't give third chances to a company that's only good at ripping people off. I plan on reaching out to both my credit card company and the BBB about this. absolutely disgusting

We were contacted within 12 hours of our request for info, and Rex was able to come the same day to look at the job and start our estimate. We got the written estimate the following day. Today the job was completed. Rex arrived a bit before the crew; both well within the time frame we were given. Our crew today was David, Jose, Felix, Tomas and JR. They arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. They worked non stop from 9-4:30 to complete the job. Our home is a 90 year old Craftsman bungalow with very steep (low) pitches to the attic area they worked in. They had to remove approximately 30 bags of wall batting insulation that the “flipper” we bought our house from had just thrown on the floor in the 4 attic spaces before they could start their work to insulate the upstairs properly. It is a cold day here and the instant results were stunning. David encouraged me to inspect the job he did and explained everything very well. The crew left the finished bedroom and loft area very clean which is amazing considering the nature of the work. Indiana Spray Foam did a great job of insulating our entire crawl space. Rex, the sales engineer/estimator did a thorough inspection and offered good advice. The work crew of David, Jose and Jr. did a great job of application. We had a few special items that they did perfectly. Rex came by the day of the work and reviewed what had been done. Everyone was friendly and professional. They get our high recommendation.

Francisco and his crew came in and done great job. They all were very professional throughout the whole process, from explaining all the steps they were going to do. What a great experience! Lee, who was the one who came out to first look at the job and give us a quote, was one of the nicest and most professional people that we worked with. He was thorough and was always prompt with his communication. Isaac and his team were the ones to perform the work, and again, a WOW experience! VERY professional and extremely thorough in his explanation of the work that was going to be performed, and then after it was done. I feel that they went above and beyond expectations, and we would definitely recommend to anyone who is considering them!

Floor and other areas were all covered in plastic. Job went very smooth. They worked overtime to get it done on same day. All three men were nice to work with. Hard workers. Cleaned up very well all areas. Very professional and nice to see a job done right.

Charles and his crew from Indiana Spray Foam insulated the lower level of our home in just about half a day. They were very knowledgeable about the structure of the house and were able to point out several issues, unrelated to the installing insulation, that we needed to correct. They did an excellent job. They were on time, sealed and covered everything with plastic and cleaned up when they left. All that despite being down a person due to illness. I'm a handyman type person so I love that he took the time to explain the machine and how the whole process works.

We had such a great outcome with filling the walls of our house a year ago we decided to do crawl space which is horrible in the cold winter. Francisco, chino, and josue all did a great job and were very accommodating to our plans and needs during the job. Would recommend them to anyone. They give a returning customer discount too so we will always use them in the future.

Dan did a great job applying the sprayfoam. He did miss a spot that myself, him and the 2 guys didn't identify until after they had packed up and left. But when I called and informed them of the spot they missed and how I had drywallers coming the next business day, they sent a team out first thing that next business day morning to remedy the situation. They did a very good job of filling in the space between the wall and roof studs to the right depth to get the most out of the sprayfoam but not too much that would cause problems with the drywall. I'm so excited with the quality of the sprayfoam and how well it's performing. They sprayfoamed a 500 sqft bonus room in my attic space and this space is now cooler (during the summer months) than the rest of my house without using any additional cooling source other than the main home HVAC. Anyone that's been in an attic knows how incredibly hot it can get so I knew that the closed cell sprayfoam was the way I had to go. They sprayfoamed directly to the roof decking (with shingles) so this space is putting the sprayfoam to the test and it's passing with flying colors. I'm eager to see how well this space stays warm during the peek of winter season. I'm sold on sprayfoam and Indiana sprayfoam. Indiana sprayfoam was the cheapest of 5 companies I received quotes from.

I selected Indiana Spray Foam LLC after extensive research of spray foam materials and of spray foam contractors. Indiana Spray Foam LLC is one of the few companies that specialize (do only) spray foam insulation and they are a member of the SPFA (Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance) industry association. Indiana Spray Foam was a pleasure to work with : their people are professionals with an incredible work ethic. Rex, the estimator, came and crawled into my crawl space, took pictures and measurements. He provided a written estimate in a professional company folder which made a good impression on me. Dan, Blake and Kameron were the work crew that came all the way from Lowell, IN to do my crawl space. They were friendly, they worked really hard during two days to completely insulate all wood (subfloor, floor joists, rim joist) in my crawl space with 3 " closed cell spray foam. I was really impressed with their work ethic; this is incredibly hard work wearing a hazmat suit and mask. They finished the work, cleaned up and left to drive back to Lowell after a hard day's work. From the quote to the finished job, very professional, Best crew ever. Left my basement cleaner then when they stared. Answered any questions I had. They never stopped working. While waiting for the scheduled appointment, had them give us another estimate on bathroom walls were we had a previous broken pipe. just added it to the basement job for a few extra dollars. Took wall temperature before and after, it actually went up 15 degrees. Recommend them 5 stars

From the appointment for the quote through the entire job everyone was professional and easy to work with. Appointment was easily made. Everyone cleaned up after themselves and did everything they could to accomodate my baby and me at home while they worked. My home really needed this job for the winter and I am optimistic it will really help keeping out the cold.

Fransisco and his crew did a great job and were very polite. They left the area around the house cleaner then it was before they started the work. They worked long hours to complete the job. I thought these are the young guys but they inpressed me by the quality of there work. Wish I would have done sooner. My house was built in 1949 with boiler system & no central air. I was running three portable ACs in hot summer weather & my home was still uncomfortable. I could feel hot air every time I opened a closet door. The crew braved a 90+degree day & cleaned/bagged/removed old insulation. They then sealed my attic with the clean foam. My house is 100% more comfortable & I can tell an amazing difference. I'm sure my NIPSCO bill will be lower now. From estimate to finish this company was prompt & professional. I thought removing old insulation would be messy but I couldn't even tell they had been there

They did a wonderful job!  We are very pleased.  It was explained to us what they were going to do and asked if we had any concerned spots of our house that they should know about so not to cause more of an issue.  When they started the process they were in the house a few times due to areas they wanted to check on to be sure it wasn't a problem inside.  They were very pleasant and friendly.   As they were finishing up all the siding was replaced any trash or foam that was outside was taken care of.
