"We are sorry that you had a bad experience. We have been in business for 30 years and we strive to provide the best possible service and installation in the industry. We apologize for the extended installation time as we were forced to make adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances. When drilling for the geothermal loops, an underground root system was found and we were required to make adjustments and extend our installation time. We also advised that during the remodeling and construction of the home that in order for the geothermal unit to heat properly, the home would need to be winterized and sealed. We recommended using temporary additional heating units until the home construction was complete. We attempted to maintain open communication about the installation process and our recommendations. We were disappointed that you chose to use another contractor and that we were not given the opportunity to finish the installation to your satisfaction. We try to provide the best services possible and apologize for your bad experience."
