"I think that Member's coments may be taken wrong without a explanation. Member was very pleased with the work that we did for him. He lists on this site that he would hire us again. Member was so pleased with the work that we did at his residence that he asked us to do some more work at his office. The "bad job" that he is referring to is the job that the original landscaper did and he ended up paying us almost $5,000 to fix. I didn't want to quit in the middle of the job. You need to understand that Member had paid his original landscaper a very large sum of money and he felt that he did not get the quality of workmanship that he should have. I was aware of this from the day that we met and as our work progressed it became obvious to me that he was going to question every move that we made. This was fine with me because I understood why he was so hesitant. We had a friendly conversation in witch I offered to give Member a Total Refund if he was not happy with the work that we had done to date. He would then be free to hire yet another landscape contractor, with all of his money in hand. He apologized for being critical without reason. It was like he was a different person from that point on. I recieved nothing but praise from him for the remainder of our project."

Mark (the owner) came out to do an estimate and arrived on time. Despite there being a steady rain he completed walking through our yard and listerning to my vision of what I would like to see. He asked pertinent questions and was careful to ensure that he knew my overall goals and budget. I had 2 other companies out for estimates and neither seemed as interested or knowledgable, and both came in at a higher price. I called Mark with questions two times before the work began, and both times he answered his cell despite being out on a job. A third time I left a voicemail and he returned my call that evening. When he came to do the job he arrived on the day he had stated, and he completed the job within the four days he promised with his estimate. Each day his crew cleaned up all of their water bottles, trash, etc, before leaving, and they even swept my drive and the cul-de-sac before departing. The entire crew was very respectful towards me and my family. Upon completion of the work Mark walked around the entire yard and gave us specific watering and trimming instructions. Overall, I couldn't be mnore happy with the quality and value of the work. Mark's friendly demeanor was icing on-the-cake.
