Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Our water heater went out on 3/14/16. This company was recommended to us by a friend when we found out that our previous plumber was no longer available. We called Kenny Swan on 3/15/16 and told him of our problem. He came out that morning around 10am. Came into the house and tracked dirt all over our carpet. He told us we needed a new water heater and left to purchase one. Called around 1pm and said he was getting a bite to eat and would be right over. Never called again until around 7pm to say he was about 10 minutes away. Showed up with new water heater, no hand cart to bring it in the house, no hose or water pump to remove the water from old water heater. Had to borrow our hose to pump the water out and also our hand cart to bring the new water heater into the house. He got it all hooked up and said he would return on 3/17/16 around 10am to re-do some water connections. He called on 3/17 to say he couldn't make the 10am appt and would be at our house in the afternoon. We have not heard from him since. He never offered us the Senior Discount., we paid him cash, got a receipt and that's it. We will never have him do work for us again.
