Countywide Appliance Repair

They had great pricing when I called them. My appointment was scheduled for 4:00pm. I explained to the lady on the phone I didn't get off work until 4:00 and had to pick up my daughter. I made special arrangements with work to be home when they arrived. I received a phone call from the repairman stating he couldn't be there at 4 he had to come earlier because he had to be 45 minutes away by 5. When I explained my work situation, he said he could leave me an invoice if he could do the repair earlier. Since I had another contractor working in my home, I told him it would be ok. I just wanted a phone call to let me know what was wrong and if he could fix it.

Long story short, he was able to fix the dishwasher and called me to explain what was wrong with it and what I needed to do after he left to make sure it didn't happen again.

Overall, it was a great experience. They had a great price and the workmanship was great. My dishwasher works like new now.

I was in the hospital due to an automobile accident at the time. Two days into my hospital stay, my husband informed me that items in the freezer seemed to be thawing. I normally handle things like this. I told him to call County Wide since they've previously repaired the dishwasher and the clothes dryer. He called them late in the afternoon and an appointment was scheduled for the following morning. The diagnosis and repair were completed in under 2 hours. My husband was very satisfied with the repairman's professionalism and the job done. And I was glad that I didn't have to deal with any of the mess!!

I called and an appointment was schedule for the next day. The technician called a half hour before to notify that he was in route to my house. He arrived on time and was very cordial and professional. He explained that there is a drain for the evaporator coil in the rear of the freezer. The technician removed the food from the freezer and removed a panel at the rear. He then flushed out this drain with hot water. The panel and food were then replaced. The repair was accomplished in under a half hour and our refrigerator has not leaked again since. Thanks Countywide for a great job. I have used them in the past and I would highly recommend them if you are in need of appliance service.

Unfortunately our machine (which was 20 years old) had given up the ghost. The repairman was very helpful in giving advice on what to look for in a new washing machine. He was honest and told us that we could buy a new machine for about what it would cost us to fix our old machine. Since County Wide doesn't sell appliances I listened to what he said. When we went to buy the new washing machine we realized he was correct. I will definitely use County Wide in the future.

We have always been pleased with their work. They were very helpful and friendly. They were quick to respond.
