Home Improvements by Ward seems very reasonable. He has done work for us on and off. He charges by the hour, not by the job. He is consistent.

Phil is a crackerjack do it all kind of guy. He works by the hour which made me nervous at first. But he and his assistant, Chuck, work so quickly and efficiently that I felt it was a great way to go.I then bought the supplies.Their work is very good and I enjoyed having them around.

He did a careful job, and the price was very reasonable. He made good suggestions. It took longer than we had planned on, and since he was paid by the hour, it was more costly, but we are quite pleased with the results so far.

OUTSTANDING. Phil was great to work with to complete all of the projects. He also had an assistant, Chuck, who helped. Phil was always there when he said he would be. Worked throughout day and had creative solutions to fix some of the minoe problems encountered. I would highly recommend his company and will absolutely use them agian in the future.
