Ben was awesome. Where other companies were going to soak me in hundreds of dollars in callout charges, Ben listened to what I thought was the problem He got the part, brought it out, installed, and thoroughly checked out the system.

I called on a Friday and Four Seasons responded and corrected the problem on Saturday by the end of the day.

My landlord had called Ben on Friday and Ben called me that evening to schedule the appointment. He called me in the morning letting me know he was running behind and what time he would show up. He showed up when he said he would. Fixed the issue in a hour and my air conditioning has been working perfect since!

I had originally gotten in touch with Ben in 2010 when my old furnace wasn't working. I had called Dial One and their serviceman came out and told me it would be $1500 to do the repair, so I should just buy a new furnace from them. I wasn't in a position at that time to invest in a new system. Ben the owner of Four Seasons was installing a new furnace/AC for my neighbor, so I got him to look at mine when he was done. He was able to immediately diagnose the problem. He said it would take a $100 part plus labor to repair. He didn't have the part, but he ordered it and came back a few days later and installed it. I think my total bill was about $130, which is alot better than the $1500 that Dial One quoted me.
After Ben repaired my furnace, I asked him to give me a quote on replacing it. I told him it would be the next spring before I would be able to have a new one installed. He gave me a quote after doing a thorough analysis to determine the appropriate size. He installed a new furnace/AC for us at the price he quoted the previous year. He removed and hauled off the old unit and installed the new unit in a day. There was one knob missing from the package that the filter came in so he wouldn't accept my payment for the furnace/AC until the knob arrived from the manufacturer and he installed it, and it took the manufacturer 3 weeks to send him the missing knob. The furnace/AC was working fine, and I even called to see if I could send him the payment and he said for me to wait until the job was done correctly.
I highly recommend Ben. He's honest, thorough, professional, and he does quality work.

Ben was right on time.Very professional and did excellent work. Did a inspection of the whole system before he recharged it to make sure that there were no leaks. Ben was able to come up with a plan for our property that allowed us to use the existing older furnace. He designed a zone system that uses our forced air furnace in tandem with a heat pump. Ben is straight forward, as honest as they come and is a pleasure to work with. He quietly evaluates the situation and then comes up with some options you can work with. We would highly recommend this company!
