Arrived on time and performed all installations quickly and efficiently.  I was impressed by their professionalism and the quality of the work.  I recommend them without any reservations.

Rainbow Spouting is amazing!  We called for some fairly small repairs after having no success with the previous company we had used.  WITHIN A WEEK I called AND the gutters were repaired and waterfall pieces were replaced.  With it being spring we are having a terrible time finding businesses that even return our calls for outdoor work on our house.  But not Rainbow Spouting!  I will definitely use and recommend them in the future.  Thank you so much for great customer service!

I had contacted many vendors. Based on the professionalism with Rainbow Spouting and the timeliness of the quote, we chose to Rainbow for our repair/replacement. The repairmen/contractors that showed up were very professional and cleaned up all debris and completed as scheduled. The contractors found that our roof was in need of some repairs and they fixed it for us.
I highly recommend Rainbow Spouting! Great work and customer service.

I spent about $500. The owner was very prompt in his service, also very conscientious and actually did a couple more things that the service didn't cover and I was very happy with their service. I was satisfied with what he did and he was a principled man.

Dan came out and gave us an estimate. We felt it was a fair price as comparable with others. He came out and completed out gutter and downspout installation quickly and professionally. They made it a point to hurry our job since we were having water run into the building area. We are very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend the company to anyone. I would also definitely hire them for future jobs.

Excellent. Very efficient. The gutters were formed onsite to fit the house and sunroom perfectly. The downspouts are 2 different colors to match were they are on the house. Work was completed in 1-1/2 days. No mess. Cleaned up as work was done. Love the product. Great all winter and spring with all that snow - that had to melt.

Dan was on time for the estimate meeting. He listened carefuly to my repair needs. Dan did not devalue/dismiss my small job.
His worker arrived on the agreed upon date to complete the repairs. I am extremely pleased with Rainbow's work quality and price. I plan to hire Rainbow Sprouting in the fall to install leaf guards!

Mr. Rupp was the first and only contractor among the three we contacted who returned our call and came out for the estimate. He was knowledgeable and professional, listened to our concerns, gave us good advice, and explained our options for rain gutters and gutter shields. We had no other price estimates with which to compare, but based on our research his quote was reasonable. The way he dealt with us gave us confidence he would do an excellent job, and we were not disappointed. The gentleman who performed the actual labor over the course of two days went about his business in a very workmanlike fashion that caused no disruption to our household. We would highly recommend Rainbow Spouting to anyone in need of rain gutter repair or replacement.

The owner, Dan Rupp, is remarkable for his patience and professionalism. His installer on this job has been with him for 30 years, and the gutters are a work of art. The flow was redesigned all around, with extended flexible drain tile which should help with problems that arise when Fort Wayne turns into Bangladesh during the past years' heavy sudden rains.I actually go out and admire it now and then still, and can't get over how it has transformed the house, which was suffering from a bad roofing job in which the shingles are askew, and extend over an inch longer over the entryway than at the end of the garage. The deeper commercial gutters that I wanted, in combination with the leaf guards, conceal this problem with my new roof, reviewed elsewhere.
Dan has a fleet of four Ford pickups and an adequate number of trucks which allow his employees the best and most complete set of tools, brakes, etc. I was stunned that the installer was able to do all the work unassisted, given that some sections of the seamless gutter were 30'.
Rainbow Spouting will be doing my soffit next year. It is good to know there is someone in the area doing this caliber of work.

They were very good. They did an amazing job and we are satisfied. The system that they have to do what they needed to do, the time frame, the cleanup and all of that made it a really good job. They were just very professional. We've called other people and they never even bothered to contact us back until the other day, but we it had already been a couple of months out. I certainly would use them again and have referred them to other people.

After the extensive June windstorm in Fort Wayne, the wife and I were having trouble getting the attention of the gutter contractors that we called, so we joined Angies List and this is our first experiece with it. Dan Rupp, the owner of Rainbow Spouting, came out in just a couple days to give us an estimate. He was pleasant, un-hurried, thorough, fair priced, and no high pressure. We sat on the front porch and worked out the details of what needed to be done and things I wanted. I was pleased that he could re-use the existing gutter coverings which saved me lots of money. We agreed on the details and price. He said he could be out in a couple weeks. The we sat on the porch and had an interesting discussion about our faith and the troubles we are all experiencing in our country. When he left I had a confident feeling I had chosen a company that I could trust.
His installer arrived within about three weeks and immediately went to work. I checked to make sure he was aware of all my requests, which he was. He finished in less than two hours. Everything looks great and is working well. No second visit was required.
They mailed the bill which was exactly as we had agreed upon.
Overall, using Rainbow Spouting was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them.

Dan was awesome. I needed some minor repair work done on a gutter, He came out within and hour or 2 of me calling him, Looked at the repair spot and did a quick walk around and checked the other gutters. He then had the repair work done in about 10 min. When all was said and done he didn't even charge for the call even after I offered to pay.
Will definately call again if I need any gutter, siding or other items done. Really pleased.
