Very well. Work was done as promised.

Work they did was fine enough quality and they were on time enough.  I would hire them again as needed but they never finished my external water spout that I originally hired them for.

This provider was courteous, explained what needed to be done and answered my questions and did not and quot;placateand quot; me as I am an older woman. I am impressed! So much so that I am turning over my furnace and air servicing to this company and any other services needed. I was not billed as yet until it was evident that the problem was resolved. I was advised by my contractor that I would be pleased with this company, and that is an under statement. Thank you, Angie.

Because it was not an emergency, they had to reschedule our estimate appointment and the installation appointment. Although it was frustrating, I respect that they needed to take care of their clients with emergencies first. Also, we were trying to make appointments only on Fridays so that limited them. The employee who installed the water softener was courteous. We've had no trouble since installation.

They were very responsive and did a good job!

Their staff is friendly and professional. They are reasonably priced. Our overall experience with them has been excellent.

I will use this company in the future

As promised, the new water heaters were installed in a few days. I am very pleased with the results, with their workmanship and professionalism.

While the first service call went well, the rest were terrible. They would promise to be there on a particular day and not show up or even call us to let us know they would not be coming. Some appointments were not kept for days and in one case seven days! When we called them we were told that the owner would call us back but he did not call for days if at all. Others working on this project had to wait days and in one case a week before they could move on with additional work. The project originally expected to be completed in four weeks took eight weeks primarily due to this plumber. I'm not kidding that the number of unreturned calls had to number 15 or more. When he did call back he offered excusses that they were too busy and said that he never promised to be responsive (wow, that is amazing). Not until we threated to use another plumber did the work progress. At times, when men did show up they were not capable of performing the task that we scheduled to be done on one such occasion three different men were sent one after the other over a 2 day period before the work was completed correctly. When it was time to install the shower and tub fixtures the plumber sent told me he could not do this work and left with the promise another would come in the morning. The other did show but like the first could not do the work and left. Finally a third plumber showed after almost two days and did it correctly. Some of the work had to be redone by others because it was done wrong. Example, our master bath is a beautiful custom stone bath and one plumber sent out to connect the toilet left 10 inches of copper pipe sticking out of the stone wall. This had to be redone twice and was never finished correctly. We paid as we went and had paid out about $1,200 prior to receiving the final bill which we expected to be an additional $300 to at the most $600 (the estamate being $1500 to $1800) but it was nearly $1,000 which would have been $400 to $700 over the origianl estamate. Again we had to confront the owner who reduced the charges to a total of $1,752 which was at the high end of the original estamate.

I have used them about three times. The owner of the company responded and was on site, and they did an excellent job. They are very honest and there are no hidden charges.

They were a professional group, very attentive to our questions, and really came and did the job very nicely.
