Winston showed up VERY quickly! Took care of the problem and gave me a warning that the nest was "very aggressive" and I could see increased activity for a few hours. I'd already been stung once, so I stayed away! Thank you for taking care of it so quickly!

We were impressed. On the initial visit, they noticed some areas in need of repair that might allow the birds to continue nesting in our home if the repairs weren't done before the birds were removed. They didn't do the work that day and didn't charge us for the visit. After the repairs were completed, they came back out and removed the birds. We were quite pleased with their honesty, professionalism and the service we received.

Mr. Jackson came out and placed all bait stations as discussed and made sure we know that if we have any issues to contact him. He has continued to be be extremely professional and courteous to out requests. We will continue to use his services and expect to have a good professional relationship in the future.

The employee showed up on time, and seemed to be very knowledgeable on the subject of our particular problem (small household ants). He applied a bait substance to all areas where I told him I had seen ants coming and going, and explained that they would come back and re-bait up to two more times within 60 days if necessary and that it would be covered by the original fee.

Two weeks later and I have only seen single isolated ants on an occasional basis, and not the swarming that I had previously seen. They appear to have done the job well, and I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

Rob Jackson was pleasant and helpful. He told me he would retreat if necessary. I had seen a couple ants in the house recently and did not want to see any more and the granules he put around the foundation will be all that is needed at this time. I would recommend him to a friend.

My wife and I were selling a house and the buyer had a home inspection done. The home inspector identified a possible pest infestation at the rear of the house near the foundation. I did some research on Angie's List and saw some positive reviews on Jackson Pest Management. I also needed someone that was licensed for termites. I called on Monday and they said they'd be out the next day.
My wife met Bob at the house and he did an inspection. He recognized it right away as carpenter ants, much to our relief. He went into the basement to confirm that they hadn't caused any damage to the inside of the house. He found no evidence of that. He explained everything to my wife and told her that he was going to apply ant bait and that it should wipe out the colony. He also said that if any follow ups were needed by the new owner, the cost was covered by his fee.
My wife also pointed out that there were carpenter bees boring into the molding of the patio door. He applied a spray into the holes and the bees came running out and dropped dead. He new exactly which holes were active and which ones were old. New his stuff.
Bob was very professional and explained everything to my wife in a way should could understand. She was very pleased with his service.

I chose them because I had heard about them on the radio and based on what others guys had told about them. They knew what they were doing and they came out once to do some work for me. They were very reasonably priced. I would say good things about them. Their price was a way less than what I expected it to be.

It was excellent service! I was very happy. We had carpenter ants, but I thought they were termites. He sprayed them and didn't charge me anything. It was great! They were very prompt and congenial. They did a great job!

Set up first visit, didn't show. Called them again and it was just missed,so they arrived the next day and sprayed around the house. I have dogs and the treatment for the perimeter is a grannular crystal and I would like to wait until we have some rain and the ground isn't so hard and the leaves so thick for this to be applied. I will call when I am ready for the next treatment.

Mr. Jackson himself came out and did the job for us. He was prompt, and came within a 24 hour period. He was very friendly and professional at all times. He worked quickly and efficiently and I will definitely call him again.
