AMSTUTZ ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS

Owner contractor was asked to complete three very simple electrical fixes in preparation for home sale. After he left (friday) we realized one of these was not done. A sunday phone call to ask for a monday return (we had a home inspection scheduled tuesday) was met with verbal abuse. Business owner was asked to kindly show up as early as possible monday, to which he agreed. Late monday morning we had to call again, and were again met with a confrontational argument - I was accused of whining, calling on sunday, and (most unbelievably) sharing responsibility for the missed task - apparently it was my job as the customer to keep track of his work. It was a surreal experience. When told that he owed us money for the unpaid item he threatened to put a lein on our property if we put a hold on the check. This company has no concept of customer service and is unfit to be used. Owner dressed like a slob to the job site demonstrating a lack of respect to me and to his own company.
