We bought a house in Carmel to flip and fortunately found Ryan. Over a 4 month period he worked on about every project imaginable. Gutting the house, hauling trash, patching walls and concrete, Waterproofed basement!! applied epoxy to basement and garage floors, ran a bobcat and excavator, painted, tree removal, fence repair,power sprayed house and driveway, seeded yard, cleared yard of heavy debris. Ryan is completely dependable and trustworthy. He had his own keys to the house and reported his own hours ( completely honest). We have passed his name along to others and hope to find another house to work on together.
