They are always available by phone to answer questions. I've called at odd hours and they have always answered their phone and often just given me the instructions I needed to fix the problem. They have always done good work so I've stuck with them over the years. Sometimes I’m not sure when they are going to show up. I will continue to use them.

Left 3 messages, Kevin returned call first, came out the next day and found the problem- heating element out- ordered the part and installed in when it arrived. Took a little longer for the part but not their fault.

I had a small leak in my 20 year old spa. It was loosing about 1" of water per week. Joe the owner tightened some bolts which slowed the leak, and said too much tightening might open a can of worms with a spa of this age this time of the year with an outdoor spa in 20 deg. weather. We will look at things again in the spring. Joe, over the past 5 or 6 years, has worked on our spa 3 times, and we have always found him reasonable and very honest.
