Countertop and Backsplash Service
FINISH ON COUNTERTOP WAS UNEVEN - PART GLOSS, PART MATTE. INSTALLER SAID HE HAD DONE ALL HE COULD DO AS HE USED HIS SHIRT TAIL TO POLISH COUNTERTOP. OWNER, PAUL LECHNER, RETURNED AND RESANDED - SUGGESTED SANDING PERIODICALLY TO KEEP FINISH EVEN. THIS IS A MUCH HIGHER LEVEL OF MAINTENANCE THAN WAS MENTIONED BEFORE PURCHASE. INSTALLER DID MOST OF PLUMBING WELL ENOUGH BUT LEFT A LEAKY SINK DRAIN THAT COST $100 TO FIX WHEN WE FOUND IT A FEW WEEKS LATER. INSTALLERS NICKED KITCHEN CABINETS IN SEVERAL PLACES. SANDING LEFT KITCHEN COVERED WITH DUST AFTER INITIAL INSTALLATION AND AFTER RETURNING TO FIX PROBLEMS.
