They came out to our home with the right equipment and the right people and were able to repair all of the laminate that was defective on the furniture. Their customer service was excellent.

My experience was very good. They were on time and professional. There was one thing that was not cut correctly, but they fixed it and brought it back in a very timely manner.

Frank called me the day before and the day of delivery, letting me know when the tables would be here. The tables were delivered today on time and exactly to my specifications. As a former art teacher, I can appreciate the cleanness of the lines and the laminate work that they did! Not a glue mark, not an uneven line, not a scratch or mark on them!!! They are beautiful! The 2 men who delivered them, made them, and you could see the pride in their eyes and their work. They had each table wrapped in cardboard and plastic wrap and brought each on in and placed it exactly where I needed it. They even shared with me where to go buy a cleaner that I can use down the road to clean and keep the units looking new. Laminique is a well kept secret in Lebanon and do a lot of work for designers and store owners but have no problem with the public coming in with their orders at a wholesale price. Would highly recommend this company for any of your cabinets, tables, countertops, you name it.

Keith immediately returned my phone call & was very patient in helping us make our selection. In fact he brought in samples for every manufacturer they carry. We received a quote via email within 2 business days & Keith contacted us via telephone, to ensure that we received his email & to answer any questions we might have. The estimate was at least 25% less, than national chains in our area. The countertops were ready within a week & the installation took almost a full day. Both installers that arrived were friendly, knowledgeable & very concerned about cleaning up after themselves. They did a wonderful job & we were more than pleased with the end result. We did have an issue with a seam splitting, but that may have been due to heat from an appliance. They still sent out someone to fix it at no charge. They even brought us four trivets made out of the same material, as our counters. All of those we had contact with at Laminique, were courteous and professional.

BOB WAS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. HE WAS VERY PATIENT WITH US, AND TOOK HIS TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERY DETAIL WITH US AND OUR PROJECT MANAGER. THE INSTALLERS WERE NEAT, QUICK AND CLEANED UP AFTER THE UNIT WAS INSTALLED. FABULOUS COMPANY!
