LAMB FARMS

.I ordered 3 yards of mulch to be delivered on May 17th after 10am using their web site.  According to their web site I would get a phone call the next day to confirm the order.  The next day I never received a phone call so I called them on my way home from work that evening.  The girl that I talked to said there was a problem with the time that I had requested, because they only deliver mulch first thing in the morning.  I told her that was fine, and that I could be available for the delivery at 7am as she had suggested.  I found it irritating though that they had not called me to tell me this and was not going to deliver the mulch I ordered because of the time I had requested.  The day of the delivery I got up early and was ready for the load to be dumped in my drive...time passed.  Finally around 9am, I called them to find out what was going on and spoke to the same girl.  This time she said the driver had already started his deliveries before she got there and did not know about mine.  She told me he would get to me sometime that morning.  It was around 11am when if finally came.  The driver was very nice and professional and did a great job dumping it where I needed it in the drive
I will continue to use them for their mulch, because it is the best I've ever had.  But they really need to look at their process of ordering online and the people answering their phones and arranging deliveries.  Very poor responses!  If I didn't like their mulch so much I would switch to another company.
