It went extremely well - I would never use anyone else for anything. Mitch was courteous, professional, and seems to be an expert on literally everything in our home! 
Anything we want done, Mitch can do it. Paint? Beautiful. Electrical work? Perfect and safe. Gas line and installation of a new range? Expertly done (AND Mitch improved the safety of the previously installed gas lines to the furnace and water heater). 
I would highly recommend using Lalas Inc for security alarms and installation or really anything else you need done for your home.

We pay a monthly monitoring fee. It is a small company but they give us very good service and they don’t try to sell us stuff that we don’t need. Any time we have a problem they are right here to take care of us. The service price has been the same for 20 years and I don’t know of anyone who can beat their pricing. I am very pleased with their work. They have put in alarms for houses we’ve sold and houses of our friends, and I don’t know anyone who has had a problem with them. They have upgraded our system once or twice since we’ve been here.

The installation crew showed up on time, and prior to coming into the house to begin work, they put on disposable shoe covers to protect our carpets. Once in they explained what they were going to do, where they were going to do it and how they were going to proceed. Once explained they asked "do we have any questions"? Then asked are we "good to go"? Once no we had no questions and we told them we were "good to go" they began their installation, running wire and installing the window and door magnets etc. It only took approxiamtely 3 hours to have the entire house covered and protected with the alarm system,. We had no idea it would be so simple, efficient and they even "cleaned up after them selves".
