They maintain and I've had them replace and I've had them do a variety of things over the years.

They did an awesome job. I cannot say anything bad about what they did. They were very clean. They cleaned up after themselves. They didn't make any mess at all. They went out of their way to get things done right for me. They actually found some things they took care of. The problem that I had with them was the wait time for them to come out. They were good so I was willing to wait for them to do it but I'm not sure that I would do it again. I called them originally in July. They didn't get to me until December. They were really good at what they do. They went out of their way to make things right and to make things easier for me. They made sure I was pleased with what they did. They went above and beyond that way. They responded that quickly. I would use them again depending on the wait time.

Seth and his crew are fantastic to work with. We use them on two properties we own and are very glad we found them a few years back. When the AC went out on our home, our current service company told us we had to replace the whole unit and gave us a hefty quote. We were referred to Seth and he told us we could replace just the AC unit and not the furnace and the cost was much less expensive. He even came out three times over Memorial Day weekend to charge the system because he couldn't get parts until Tuesday. My very pregnant wife was so grateful for that. When the HVAC went out on our new house a couple years later, Seth was very responsive and his amazing crew completed the complete replacement in one day and were so careful and respectful of our home while coming in and out of the basement. First class service and price from a first class crew.

They did an incredible job! They were always on time, cleaned up at the end of every day and the job was completed on time. Everyone was awesome and my bedroom is perfect!

I like that Jones Home Services is family-owned and independent.  These guys do the job you hire them to do without trying to pressure you to buy upgrades, etc.  They have a nice approach to their business and I will continue to use them.

We have been impressed with Jones since the 1st time we used them. We called them the 1st time about 3 years ago to repair problems left by another heating service. They are always professional, clean up any messes made & the best comparable prices around for the services. They will also advise you of any problems or potential problems to be on the lookout for. We have never been pushed to pay for or purchase anything by them. Just wonderful people providing wonderful services!!

I didn't pay for it.  They were very helpful and communicative; about what I would expect. They were professional and nice.  If I needed to I might call them for some things.

This company did our original heating and air conditioning system installation about 5 years ago. The experience has been great. He has been responsive, timely and will actually call to remind us to schedule an appointment; he is good about that. He is honest and will give us a fair deal. When he installed our HVAC unit he was reasonably priced, did all the work when he said he would and got it up and running.

He fixed the problem and I've not had any problems with the unit since.  He checked back with me to make sure it was still working a few days later.

Seth Jones is an expert heating and cooling professional.  He installed our complete Carrier 96% gas furnace and central A/C system, including adding significant ductwork, in 2005.  It is a great system and has been trouble free.  He has periodically provided tuneup service for it since. 

But the real blessing was how he responded when the furnace suddenly shut down on us last night  -- a cold January night when snow and ice were coming and the temp was suddenly heading down to 15 degrees.  We called his office number and left a message.  He personally returned our call in just 5 minutes.  He asked some questions, then told me two things I could check myself.  He asked me to do those, and then he would call back to see how it went.  He called back just as promised.  When I reset the system per his instructions, he talked me through four or five other checks to confirm, and the furnace was again up and running.  No charge for the phone consultation!  But I did make an appointment for a later cleaning and inspection. Thank you Seth! 

They purchased a piece of siding and left what they did not use.
They were here on time, went right to work, and when finished
they cleaned up  the areas very well.
This company cares about customer service.
We will definitely use them again.
