I am thrilled with Jaggers from the Sales Dept tot he Service. We bought a 2012 GMC Terrain from them last year and Ryan took lots of time to dins the exact truck for us. We had lots of specifications to adhere to and he happily searched until he found just what we were looking for.
We brought it in for the oil change and to have an issue looked at with the climate control. The process was quick and simple and my time was respected. I love the new waiting are too. I do wish the new coffee pot would have been brewing, but it wasn't.
We will definitely shop and service our cars here again. Very honest, respectable, and helpful and you dont always fins that as a woman butying a car.

I ordered clips to repair a molding piece that came loose. Because it was a part for a Cadillac it took them a bit to find the part number and it turned out it was a special Cadillac only type clip that they had to order from the warehouse in MI. We ordered it on Thursday afternoon and at about 9:30 a.m. Friday they called with the clips!
Even though this wasn't a high priced part they were helpful and very7 fast! I'll bring my car to them next time I need service!

I would highly recommend them, and they are not a high pressure car dealership. Their service department is efficient, and it has been an overall good experience. They take a personal interest with their customers.
