Lawn Tool Repair
Scheduled them to pick up my lawn tractor in my driveway on a Monday. However, they somehow lost my appointment and it was not picked up. I called them on Tuesday, and they acknowledged misplacing my address. Agreed to pick up the mower that afternoon and waived the pickup charge of $60, which pleased me. Mower was returned a few days later and has run well the entire season.

They were polite and seemed to go above and beyond in explaining things. They were prompt and arrived around the time they said they would. I had contacted another company to do something for me on a different tractor and they were not as prompt as Indy Tractor.
