Gary was supposed to show up at 4pm to give me the estimate. I got everything prepared for him. I even cut the grass in an area to show him what height I wanted to have the grass cut at. At 4:45pm Gary finally called me, and said that he was having some sort of difficulty. I let him know that he should have called me earlier to let me know. I also told him that he should have been more professional and responsive, and asked him to not even come to my home. If he can't even agree to a business deal with a potential customer, then why would I want to do business with him.

I have used them since 2005 and I have been happy with both their price and quality of service. I would give them top marks.
