Edens and Son Home Renovations did an excellent job finishing our basement. It started out as four concrete walls and ended as a great family space with lots of craftsmanship. Our basement had several awkwardly placed water lines, sump pump and stairwell but Chuck and Zach had lots of good ideas on how to work with or around them. They are very capable contractors and were able to skillfully handle all of the framing, plumbing, electrical, and drywall. Their craftsmanship on trimming out the window sills, custom crawlspace door, and stairwell hand rail really makes the room standout. They were very punctual and exclusively worked on our project until it's completion and met the promised timeline. Futhermore, they were very willing to take on some additional insulation and ceiling repair work in other parts of the house. Overall we are very pleased with how the project turned out and enjoyed working with Chuck and Zach Edens.

The work has been excellent. They are always on time and are very dependable.

A corn crib building was falling down and the roof was leaking. The building was built originally in the late 1800's and had family historical value. I asked Chuck Edens for a quote and suggestions on the approach to repairing the building. Within a week, he was beginning the work. He was agreeable to working with some used windows and doors I had collected. When I made any changes, he was very acceptable to working them into his schedule. His enthusiasm with the project made it very enjoyable. The result of the rebuild was a beautiful cabin type structure I am using as a studio. I have received numerous compliments on the work. The area was clean each day, he stayed on the job until it was finished, reported the progress to me personally every few days and kept within the quoted price. The workmanship was top notch. I will continue to have him do other jobs for me.

Our house was built in the 1880's and was in need of some major renovation. We asked 3 contractors for estimates and Chuck Edens gave us the best price and was able to begin sooner than the others. My wife and I kept making changes as the project progressed and rather than making an issue of the changes, Chuck worked with to implement those changes. He actually got involved by making suggestions and getting as excited about the outcome as my wife and I. The work was done professionally and the house looks great. They kept the job clean and respected our privacy as they worked. There is no question that we got good value in our restoration. We now want to remodel inside the home and are asking Chuck for an estimate. We couldn't be happier with Eden and Son Home Renovations.
