This was the second time we had DW out for remodeling work. First time
was for a complete kitchen remodel and this particular job was for a
basement remodel. What I love about Dave, (owner) is that he is very
down to earth. He looks out for his customers and gives an extremely
fair price that suits both parties involved. I also love how easy he is
to work with as I sometimes come up with ideas/changes in the middle of a
project and he is easy to adapt. He has a great attitude, the guys on
the crew are most professional and polite, were always on time, worked
all day, no smoke breaks, and cleaned up every day before they left.
This project took about 2 weeks and we were very please upon completion.
He is a great communicater and will inform you exactly what
they are going to do that particular day, and many times he has worked
along side his guys when the job is involved. He knows how things are to
be done and he is a stickler to make sure things are done right. He
came by and inspected his guys work everyday and if something wasn't
right, he made them do it again.
He has since given us an
estimate for laying laminate flooring in my daughters condo, an estimate
for the eves of our home which are rotting. I am thrilled that I have a
"go to" re-modeler who I trust and know that I will have a job that is
done right. I would definitley use him again and would highly recommend
him.

They were excellent. There was an issue because he had a new worker, but he came back and fixed it. I will absolutely use him again.

What they did was they put new drywall in the ceiling, while they were doing that and cutting the drywall they didn't cover the furniture so drywall dust is all over the downstairs. When they re-textured it they didn't use the right pattern. That was unacceptable. They scraped the texture off and called in another company to match the pattern. When they painted they left spots all over the ceiling that were not painted. When they did paint the ceiling they also went down on the wall with ceiling paint that does not match the wall paint. The drywall (that was damaged by water) was repaired by DW. After they had painted and left they didn't tape the seam so the ceiling cracked. The good drywall people came by and fixed that, and today I have a painter in to repaint the ceiling and possibly the entire family room and kitchen area. Cost is covered by the tile company. On his business card it says "Your handyman service." It should not say that.

THEY HANDLED IT QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.
