"[Member Name Removed], We at Deater Brothers strive to make our customers happy and get their services completed in a timely manner. I'm sorry you aren't satisfied. We took on your small job ($158) only because you'd been a lawn care customer since 2014. We made no promises to you about when we could get it done. When I'd spoke with you last week, I told you I would let them know. I do not handle scheduling so therefore I would not give you a promise about when they could do it. I'm sorry a small area was missed, but your beds were edged and we have already planned to put more mulch in the area we missed when we are back in your area. Also, you say this has been 3 days ago and you are writing this on a Sunday. Our policy is to respond to emails within 24 hours Monday through Friday and to be honest with our customers. Chris"
