My landlord has been working with Bill for about 10 years. He was prompt, quick, and friendly. When He discovered the problem, he let us know that he would have to leave in order to pick up some parts. It was around 5:00 and He was unsure if he would be able to get the parts today, but promised he would come back as soon as possible. Pleasantly suprised by his call, later that evening, he was able to come back out and solve the problem. Bill was great to work with, and also very sweet to my 2 dogs.
