They did a great job being able to replace the windows on our old farm house. Their service and availability was good. Unfortunately, there is a lapse between the time that they come out and price a job, but we think that is because they are pretty much in demand locally. We spent about $4800 on that work. Their service was outstanding, the price was okay, and their attention to detail was also good.

Getting up in years, my wife had wanted this project done for several years. When Bradley Improvement suggested the guards, while here a month earlier on another project, we got a quote and moved forward with it. They did use subcontractors. They arrived at the given time, did a great job, cleaned up their mess, and left. I would not hesitate to recommend Bradley Improvements. In fact, they were recommended to me by my brother-in-law.

He followed up on a job done sereral years earlier where a gutter installer did a poor job sloping the gutter to drain to the downspout. The former vendor also did not secure the gutters properly causing them to pull away from the boards. In addition, while the gutters were off, a new roof was installed but the installer did not allow for the shingles to be long enough to go over the gutters once they were installed. Bradley Improvement came in and made the necessary repairs. They were competent, friendly, and cleaned up their mess before leaving. They did great work.

His prices were very competitive with other companies. He was very trustworthy and did a great job on it. He did the work at a rental property and he treated the tenant's very well. I would highly recommend him.
