Apartments, Handyman Service
The French drains were improperly installed and the lower apartment units kept flooding. Many of the drain grates were set too high and water could not drain. The drain pipes were not slopped correctly ty so the water would not flow away from the property. Curtis Jones would not return call or correct the problem so I was forced to hire another contractor that did an excellent job. The other contractor ended up removing all the work completed by All and Around Home Improvement.

Exterior Painting
It has not even been 6 months and so many large paint chips have fallen off that it looks worse. Curtis Jones will not return a phone call.
