Lance was recommended to me from a friend whose yard is always so lovely. I phoned Lance in mid-April to tell him that I needed help as everything in my landscape had gotten grossly out of control, unsightly and in dire need of a serious professional and NOW as we were having a party the weekend of May 10 due to the Grand Prix (husband in racing). Lance came the next day to walk the property, scratch his head and help access the situation.
Lance was so extremely honest (looks like a mature Matt Damon) and shared that he is absolutely buried but would get a crew here prior to May 10.
On May 9th Lance held true to his word - one of his lead men - Nick - showed up with a crew and the magic began! I watched weeds disappear, hand edging begin, dead bushes disappear, overgrowth become tame once more, order be restored and lovely dark brown mulch enhance the beauty of the already blooming plants - this process took a full two days and these men worked tirelessly and not only did the task initially hired for - Nick went above and beyond by simply asking "is there anything else I can do to help you get ready for the party"......
What I appreciate about this company so very much is it is a local business, a family business and there was attention to the tiniest detail. Lance has earned my business "year round" - he will be my "go to" guy for everything "personal" and also "professional" as I am also a Realtor and will refer him to my clients and friends.....
Nick is so terrific he will be back to readdress some issues he noticed on my patio and such - issues he cared enough to bring to my attention which I had no idea was going on - and he took the time to explain them to me - I just could not get over the kindness.
Thank you - Lance & Nick - for "fitting me in" where I know you did not have a single hour and/or day to spare, for "fitting" me in now to the "Accent" family and for now becoming an important part of my family.....I truly am very very grateful.....
