He very professional, I would use him again. These locks were over 20 years and was able to work right out of his vehicle, with top equipment. It took him about 2 hours.

Our family recently moved to the Indy area. We needed several entrance/exit doors re-keyed. I called Dustin and we arranged an appointment for the same week. He was very polite and professional, he did an exceptional job, and he even went out of his way to repair the front door for proper dead bolt latching (at no charge!). I would highly recommend this company (which is owned and operated by Dennis) for any locksmith needs.

HE CAME BACK TWICE IN RESPONSE TO OUR REQUESTS. ONE PARTICULAR LOCK DID NOT WORK AT ALL. NOT ONLY DID HE DETERMINE THE PROBLEM WAS CAUSED BY THE TIME OF DAY AND THEREFORE HEATING FROM THE MORNING SUN, BUT HE DID NOT CHARGE US FOR THE ADDITIONAL VISITS. HE TRULY STANDS BEHIND HIS WORK. BY THE WAY, HE SUGGESTED PAINTING THE METAL DOOR A LIGHTER COLOR TO REFLECT HEAT RATHER THAN ABSORB IT.
