He was conscientious, he a like a craftsman. He is reliable, came when he said he would. He was competitively priced. When there was a problem with the door fogging up he called the manufacturer and got it fixed for me, I was impressed. He is quiet but goes straight to his work. He is very approachable. He listens to you and explains why you can or can not do something.
