They guaranteed their plants for as long as I garden. If any die or I'm dissatisfied, they will either replace them or give me my money back. They always have specials going where if you order $40 worth of plants, they will give $20 off. When you ask for the replacements, that $20 coupon doesn't cause a problem; they don't require you to pay it back and I just really like them. There are never any questions asked and they don't require me to send the dead plants back. I am also not required to pay shipping and handling again on the replacements, and I do like that. They are a pleasure to do business with.
