Our roof was taken off in a storm at the end of 08. We hired M&S Roofing to replace it. They came and did most of the work, over a two day period. However, as it was wet both days, they didn't paint the flashing, but indicated they would come back the next weekend. That was a year and a half ago. They were also going to install a rooftop antenna for us, and replace the roof on our detached garage (which we paid for). They never came back. We have called a number of times, and they don't return our calls. This outfit lacks professionalism. The work they did seems okay, but they have no interest in finishing it, and obviously lack work ethic, as well as morals. Too bad the insurance company was dealing with so many claims. They completely dismissed the matter when I brought it to their attention, despite the fact that they paid for the detached garage to have its roof replaced.

The owner never once showed up at my house; he just sent his workers. For 2 months he told us he would be over the next week. The work was supposed to be done in October, it was finally finished in December. Don't use them! They are very unreliable.
