Description of Work: Called re smokey window, Came next day, measured, ordered it, Returned when they had it. Changed it professionally and cleaned up their mess. Also replacing full screen door that ice damaged during the winter. I would use them again.

 + -1 moreCame to my place of employment and performed service as quoted. No hidden charges and even made sure all the trip and moldings were secure around the entire car. Very professional on the phone too. Did not try to sell more than I needed. Other service companies at top of the list told me they would have to take window out to get it done and that would add to the costs. Glass Pro did a great job without touching the window at all.
Description of Work: Vinyl trip around windshield front and back had worked their way loose. Was causing air hissing inside of car as well as strip flopping on hood of car while driving. Got best price after checking several suppliers.

 + -1 moreAfter that sort of customer service, I wouldn't allow these people on my property, much less pay them to do anything.
Description of Work: Received estimate, and hired company. One hour before the appointment, I got voice mail from the company. Upon returning the call, I was told that the appointment had been cancelled because a higher-up decided that the estimate which I was quoted was too low. I was offered the opportunity to come home from work early yet another day, and have the work done for an additional $76.00 over the original estimate.
