She is very proficient at the computer and helps me with hospital equipment. She is a jack of all trades. Excellent quality of work. If something isn't right she will come back and fix it. She is very patient and very kind.

I couldn't be happier or more impressed with the tasks that she does for me. She is truly "Full Circle". I am wheelchair bound and own a big house with an acre of land.She can do all of the tasks that I used to do to maintain and/or improve my property. I know that  even if I need to go to a doctor or fall that she could take care of me. Lori is very trustworthy and even better than a member of the family.

They do a nice job. They can do anything. They can clean your house or get you a doctor’s appointment. They can basically do anything you want them to. They have good communication skills and their prices are reasonable. I will definitely use them again in the future. I rate them high overall.

She does great quality work and listens well to what you want. She even thinks about things that you would do without being asked. Lori will be my concierge of choice as long as she is in business, and because I am Disabled I need her to do the things that I used to do(see above).

Lori did the work as I would do it.She was professional and kind. She even suggested things to do that I hadn"t thought of but were decided inprovements. I will continue to schedule her many, many services as long as she is in operation.

Everything was done excellently and with a great attitude.I think I have found my long-term cleaner/gardener.

Bonnie goes to grocery store with me and she has been excellent. A great friend and a great help. She also drives me which is so helpful.

They were very efficient, friendly and easy to work with.  They took care of my dog and did an excellent job.  You can count on them anytime and they are very professional.  I like the special treatment that they give to me. 

She?ll do pretty much whatever is needed. I spent $22 a day for the cats but she works very quickly when she does cleaning. I like her and she has pretty much become a friend. She has a really nice personality, she is caring, and she is very efficient. I would recommend her without reservation.

I asked her to go to the grocery store and get 3 -12 packs of a beverage and she only brought one. I asked her to bring two half gallons of skim milk and she only brought 1 gallon of 1% milk. She went to the worst store in the neighborhood that never has anything, she didn't bring anything I wanted to and I had to make the trip myself when I was hoping she would eliminate the necessity of me doing that. She was very professional, but she didn't get what I asked her to get. I would advise others to use them, but be specific on what you want them to get and where you want them to get it.

Lori or one of her staff was able to come to our home and stay with my husband on at least two occasions when I had to leave the house but didn't feel he was able to be there on his own. At that point in his life my husband didn't like to have to make conversation with people he didn't know well. Lori and her helpers understood that and, while letting him know that they were there if he wanted something, stayed in another room. They handled a delicate situation with grace.

Lori has been helping me out for many years now. On the last occasion I called her late in the evening. I was quite upset because my cat was very sick and I could not get his medicine into him. She was at my home the next morning and together we were able to medicate the cat. I feel I can call her with any need I might have, and can count on her help. I've always been very satisfied with her work. I feel that she really cares both about me and my cats, who she takes care of when I am away. I am disabled, and Lori has been a godsend to me.

I have used her several times, have always been very happy with her and will continue to use her. She stays with you if you want or she can also do a couple of hours if that is what you need. She will go to the store for you, take you shopping and anywhere you want to go. I think she is personally engaging and does not intrude in anyway. It is a difficult situation to be in a home and not make people uncomfortable.

I was very happy with the service that Lauri provided. She is a wonderful person.

Lori Dugan is just fantastic! She was in another part of town when we called, but she was able to grocery shop and come to our house that night! I cannot praise Lori enough! This is a truly altruistic person who has embraced her role in this world to help others!

The approximate cost was per hour. Her work is geared primarily for the disabled and the elderly. She's just a godsend for me.
