They were tremendous. There was nothing they could have improved upon. They were very specific on their estimate and they were very timely. They said how long it would take. There were a couple of things that happened during the process because it was old stained glass and we understood that. It was something that we knew was an issue and they took care of that. It didn't change it or affect the price a whole lot. Everything was really good about it.

THEY TOOK THEIR TIME AND EXPLAINED TO US WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO. SHOWED US VARIOUS DOOR SAMPLES FROM CATALOG. I LIKED THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE A STEP ABOVE OTHER COMPANIES. I LIKED THE QUALITY AND UNIQUENESS OF THE DOORS. DAVE DICKEY CAME OUT SEVERAL TIMES TO MAKE SURE THE STAINING OF THE WOOD WOULD MATCH THE WOOD IN OUR ENTRY HALL, TO MAKE SURE IT WAS RIGHT.
