From start to finish, this goes down as the best experience this 66 year old home owner has ever had with home repair work. John was punctual, polite, professional. His presentation was knowledgeable and honest. The order was received before the due date, and the actual installation took less time than originally scheduled. Upon completion, everything operated better than expected, and the job site was left completely clean. John was never "pushy" or agressive. I will gladly call him the next time I need work done.
