They did a large project in my community. We had some problems right away and they came and fixed them. Now a little over a year later we are having the SAME problem. I asked for someone to meet me onsite to show them what was happening. I was told that the owner personally oversaw the project so he knew it was done correctly and he didn't have time to meet with anyone because it was his busy season. Terrible customer service!

The firm has done everything they were contracted to do when they were contracted to do it. We are very pleased.

When I came home I was totally amazed at the transformation. I trust Chris and his crew and always tell him to do what you think because you are the professionals. I've NEVER been disappointed. He always goes above and beyond.

Chris did a great job on all our projects.  It is extremely helpful that the owner is there working onsite all day long with his crew, it allows you to make changes on the fly.  He is very responsive and offers suggestions.  We have used Indy Tuff and Landscape on several projects and will continue to use them in the future.

Indy turf was quick to respond and very professional. They gave me a much lower price than other landscape companies. They got the work done quickly and efficiently while doing a great job. The property looks beautiful. It is exactly what I wanted.

Chris came out and gave me an estimate that was MUCH lower than the others I had received. While he was out, he offered to spray the weeds in the yard for me at no charge. I have no clue about plants, so I told him to just go for it and make it look nice. He went above and beyond my expectations, and I would definitely use him again in the future!!
