Will'z Construction Inc

. I owned another lodge in Scottsburg and the pipes broke I believe in December of 2009. The paneling Will used to replace what was damaged did not match the more expensive paneling still left. There was an obvious mismatch.The new flooring in main suite was in no way comparable to the original. The insurance adjuster was there about 2 years later and could not believe the cheaper materials used in the repairs. Will said it was my fault for not coming up more often to check on them. When I did go up I often found the house unlocked after they had gone home...this was in an isolated location. I believe Will charges too much and is trying to grow too quickly. We all became friends which looking back I believe was a mistake. But in my defense I was a new widow with no one to look out for me in regard to advice and guidance and I put too much trust in people. The guys and Will are a great bunch and fun to work with....wish they handled things a little differently. I tried to explain to him about how my husband successfully ran his steel company but it fell on deaf ears...I hope all works out for his lovely family and his company...I can only say how his work impacted me personally.

Removed the old aluminum awning over my deck. |Refurbished the deck, brought it up to code. Added new railing and |new flooring. Added new support posts and footers. Built a roof over the deck (attached to the roof of the house) with gutters, soffit and fascia trim, siding and vinyl ceiling. Removed my old roof shingles and shingled |all my roofs (house and deck roofs, carport and shed roofs)and added new roof vents. |The job was done in the exact time frame promised. The carpentry, framing, roofing, gutter, trim, siding and vinyl was 'A' grade work. |All the workers were friendly, cooperative and performed grade 'A' work. |Foreman Jason Prifogle answered my calls and responded in a timely manner. |He was easy to work with and checked on the job throughout. |I would definitely have Will'z Construction do work for me again.

.  Will'z did an excellent job.  They even shampooed the carpet in the stairwell when they were done.  They cleaned my wood floors throughout the entire work area.  When I called to questions what was used on the floors since they were a little slippery they came right out that day and recleaned them.  
    They replaced a spring in my storm door without even asking or charging.
    Will'z has been more than patient and understanding since we had a problem with our mortgage releasing the insurance check.

This company was wonderfull to work with. They kept me informed of all aspects of the build and their schedule.  Very professional and trust worthy.

His estimate was higher than we wanted to pay on the remodel. However, he was professional.

Went well with some exceptions1. Drywall was done well except it was butted up to the windows and proved to be difficult to finish and paint.2. Installers of the insulated siding didn't do a good job. It looks good, but they used incorrect tools for cutting the siding. There were many places they gouged out the insulation and nailed up the siding.  Will's carpenter noticed and had them come back out and replace some of the siding where they had removed all of the insulation. 3. We used sliding windows. The manufacturer sent two windows with the rollers on the top of the sash instead of the bottom, so the windows would not slide, and One window was broken when it got here. It took at least 6 weeks to get replacements from Home Depot..
Overall, when the work was done by Will's men (not subs) it was more than satisfactory.They were prompt (mostly), efficient and professional. They really bent over backwards to please us.

I called Will'z on June 4th to request the come to my home to give me an estimate on a complete bathroom remodel with steam shower. I was told that the estimator was on vacation and the earliest date he could come was June 13. We set the appointment for that morning but 20 minutes before he was to arrive he called and said he had been double booked. He canceled but said someone would call to set a new appointment. No one called. I was going to give up on them but I'm having trouble finding the right contractor so I tried again and explained what had happened. Instead of apologizing the woman who answered the phone asked if I wanted another appointment. I said if it is possible I would like one. She said they were too busy to come out until at least the following week. I pointed out that I had already been waiting over three weeks but she said they were just too busy. I understand that companies get too busy to take on small jobs but I wish they had been honest about that up front instead of making appointments and promises they could not keep.

This company is "Fantastic". Jason Prifogle (the Manager of my project) communicated with me on every aspect of the job. He went out of his way to be sure that I was completely satisfied with their work. Their crews were professional and I had absolutely no problem turning my house over to them to to their "magic". The project started in October of 2011 and completed in March of 2012.  I would not hesitate in the least to recommend this company to anyone wanting an excellent, reliable, trust worthy company working for them.

We were only receiving an estimate -- it went as expected and was a positive experience.

I have not decided if I will use them yet or not.

I didn't see anything wrong with them. They did everything and more. They were punctual. They always answered my phone calls the same day. They did everything they said they were going to do.

Job went great from start to finish. Will came by and did an estimate. A few weeks later we went over the contract together . Then, he and Jason came by the day before the job was to start to make we were on the same page and that we would have everything needed. The next day, 2 guys showed up on time and pretty much finished the entire job. They did have to finish a few small details on a second day , which they did. I had one problem when it was done, a small drip on some new plumbing under the sink. I called and Jason sent someone out right away and fixed it. It is hard to find punctual , professional contractors, but Willz did a great job and fixed problems with no question asked. I think its outstanding that they gave this much care to a very small job , when I know they have many more larger ones going on. I would definitely use them again.
