The product is good and from my experience and research prices fair. The salesman, Bill, is a little harsh in his delivery. In fact, if there had been another distributor in the area, I would have changed my point person. My spouse did not want to deal with him. Regardless, the system was installed on Saturday and my shower on Sunday was the smoothest I have had in our new house. The hard itchy feeling of my skin is gone as is the smell of chlorine in the water. We distill our own water so the reverse osmosis system we did not buy. I would have if the process we already use was not superior. I have had the osmosis system in the past and would recommend it for others in the future. I have other projects forthcoming and will continue to use Angi for contractors and reviews.

This company was highly motivated to get my business; whereas, the company who originally installed my system would not call me back after several attempts. Pandemic or not, customer service of American products should still hold a priority and a sense of pride. Thank you Home Advisor.

Out of multiple inquiries to have a water softener and RO system installed, Bill, the owner, was the only contractor able to give me a clear cut solution without hassle. Very flexible scheduling, quality materials and labor, and an efficient install. Bill even did some groundwork for us in finding a professional to drill a hole in our quartz countertop. When compared to other companies, Pure Water Solutions was the most competitive with pricing and availability for install. Highly recommended.
