Bone Dry Roofing

This company required more money from my insurer and simply did NOT do the work specified in the Scope of Work. Estimate and payment included replaced trusses and they installed none, this there is a dip in the roofline. I consider this insurance fraud. You will never talk to someone with the company if you have any issues. I have proof of calls promised in August not completed until November & many emails and texts unanswered. They also had no record of a check in the amount of $2,300+ that I made in July (which I proved with a copy of the negotiated check signed by them) so they over charged me. Even after proof that I have payed nearly $7,500 they still billed me just this week, ignoring my proven payments. Cant get nobody to return my call. Also, job took almost one full year to complete. I believe they know they are wrong that is why nobody will personally contact me. Until they straighten out their billing deduct the cost of trusses never replaced I have 0 intention of making a final payment. If they arent embarrassed or are not in the wrong they should make a call to me to resolve.

They took time to do the preparation by nailing down boards in my attic space before blowing insulation, to minimize the chances of stepping through the ceiling. I had a friend who had insulation blown in and was not so lucky.

Bone Dry Roofing identified and was able to remove more problems than originally thought for the roof. They were timely, competent, and communicated well. Would recommend.

Devin did a thorough job of inspecting the attic, providing options with samples, and answering questions. James and Wes were the installation team. They texted me before arriving (including a photo so I would recognize them), texted me photos of my attic prior to installation, texted me photos of the progress (an addition and the main house), and texted when complete. They were friendly and courteous and even cleaned up after the job was complete. Highly recommend.

Good hardworking people.

Bit of delay for job, but well worth the wait! Job done by two very competent young men working repairs afternoon of Aug. 14th. They worked quickly and efficiently and proof of workmanship will tell once we have some heavy rains, but i'm confident all's good.

Arrived on time. Very polite and did not leave any messes.

Very happy with the sales rep, and the foreman. The communication was very good. They actually took off the old shingles and replaced some sheeting and applied the new shingles all in one day.

They were very professional and cleaned up very well and was in and out in one day.

Get company to work with! Great customer service! Came during warm day in February, done the same day. Any time there was a doubt about how I wanted it done they stopped and came inside to discuss it with me and my wife. Would recommend them as top notch company!

they took a little longer then I wanted but it was because they were busy with the wet season but when they got to my job they got it done quick and they did a good job.

I received washing/fungus quote which seemed reasonable when I was told of the results to expect. But for such a small portion of my roof, the time it took and what I currently see, seems like way too much $$. hopefully it. I was told that rain would help and even though it has rained since the cleaning, it's only been a few days, still doesn't look as good as I'd expected and I'm hoping it gets better. So for now I'm not very impressed.
