Whirlpool

Whirlpool has been very unhelpful. The washer I bought is less than 6 months old. They referred a repair company to me and my washer still does not work. When I advised Whirlpool of the horrible service I received from them, they told me that they were not responsible and that I am on my own. I was never told that I would be able to find my own company until after they left my house a mess. I am Whirlpool's customer, not the repair company. I finally asked if I could get a new washer and I was told no by Lucas Hattiaway and that he would not transfer me to a manager. I was told that they would let me know if they found a new part within 24 hours. They did not call back. On August 18th, I talked to Robin and she apologized and that she was putting in for me to get a new washing machine. On the next day, I talked to Kelly and was told that it would be 7 to 10 days for me to receive a new washer from HH Gregg. Since I bought the washer on sale, HH Gregg told me they would only give me $350 dollars toward a washer. I called Whirlpool back and I have been told that it will be another 10-14 days. I am still waiting.
